Hello and hej,

 

I'm Siri and I might be your Agile Coach or sparring partner.

 

I live in Linköping (Sweden) and work remotely as well as on-site with my clients in Germany or Sweden.

 

For over 9 years I have been working in agile contexts as a versatile and dedicated Agile Coach and certified Scrum Master for corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups. 

 

I have been gaining experience as a systemic coach in individual settings, with groups and teams for 12 years. 

 

After completing my university degree in arts, I began my career as a versatile freelancer working on projects in marketing, telecommunications, banking, insurance and industry.

At the beginning of every collaboration, it is important to me to understand where you want to go as a person, company, manager or team. As an expert in solution and team development, constructive conflict management and process efficiency, I support you in taking your individual steps towards this goal.

 

In organisations, I promote collaboration between teams, stakeholders, interfaces and management through clear communication and by living and teaching agile values, which are the basis of my work.
